GRAND RAPIDS - Kent Career Tech Center students spent the last two years learning construction skills and building a brand new house and now it is time for that house to become a home. 

The approximately 3,200-square-foot house at 2546 Orchard View Dr. NE is finished and is hitting the market. Kent ISD is accepting sealed bids for the home until 3 p.m. on July 10.  The minimum bid for the home is $350,000.
