Meet Our Staff
Sienna Kekelik

I am a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist with a passion for diagnostic careers like phlebotomy, as they play such a big role in patient care and disease treatment. I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology at Valparaiso University and my MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration at the University of Southern Indiana. I love working at KCTC because it allows me to connect learning directly to real-world careers in Healthcare. Watching students discover their strengths, gain confidence through hands-on experiences, and take meaningful steps toward their goals is incredibly rewarding. I strive to create a welcoming and engaging classroom where students feel supported as they explore the medical field and prepare for their future success.
Outside of school, I enjoy exploring local coffee shops with my husband and reading thriller books!

I am currently in my fourth year of teaching and bring over 10 years of real-world experience in phlebotomy to the classroom. My background in the healthcare field allows me to create a dynamic learning environment where students gain both essential knowledge and practical, hands-on skills. The combination of classroom learning with hands-on experience makes the Diagnostics and Phlebotomy program an exciting and valuable opportunity for students exploring careers in healthcare.
I recently earned my master's degree from Western Michigan University and am passionate about helping students grow both personally and professionally. Outside of school, I enjoy being outdoors, staying active through exercise, and spending time with my husband and our two college-age sons.
