KCTC Alumni Network

For years, students have been attending Kent Career Tech Center for hands-on, career-focused education, college credits, certified technical training and connections to real-world experiences, all while in high school, setting them up for future success. If you have ever attended a program at Kent Career Tech Center, even when it was called "Kent Skills Center" or the "College Ave. Skills Center", you are invited to join the KCTC Alumni Network.  Fill out this form so we can include you in future mailings and notifications of events.

You are invited to the annual KCTC Open House for a special Alumni Meet & Greet event on February 4 & 5 from 5 - 7 p.m. in the auditorium. There will be special tours for alumni to see all the updates to the facility at 5:30 and 6:30 p.m.

Alumni Stories

Soon after Karen Barrose started the Criminal Justice program at Kent Career Tech Center, this Godwin High grad knew law enforcement was in her future. Now she’s serving students and educators in her dream role as Community Patrol Officer at Kentwood Public Schools where she hopes young students see her as an example of what they could become, too.

When Ashley Sands started exploring health careers at Kent Career Tech Center, she didn’t know she would return there to teach students just like her what it takes to become a phlebotomist. Her connection with her first health careers instructor Linda Ford continues to inspire and drive her success.
