American Culinary Federation Educational Foundation

Back in 2011, our Hospitality program began a journey to become accredited by the American Culinary Foundation (ACF). ACF accreditation ensures that a hospitality program meets these criteria:

                     Curriculum meets established industry standards

                     Program accountability and credibility

                     High level of Professionalism

                     Up-to-date and current practices

 

Through a very thorough evaluation process, we were granted their initial 3-year grant, becoming the first ACF-accredited secondary vocational school in Michigan!

In our quest for excellence, we exceeded that goal and currently hold a 5-year grant for accreditation with the ACF - the highest term allowed. More information can be found here .
