More than 50 educators, business leaders, apprentices and workforce development professionals gathered at Kent ISD on October 24 for a Race to Talent event hosted by West Michigan Works!

Six students from Kent Career Tech Center (KCTC) represented their programs at the HOSA International Leadership Conference, held June 18–21 in Nashville.

The opportunities for work-based learning experiences have grown significantly across our area in the past few years.

 Nearly 600 students took part in this collaborative effort, gaining insights into potential careers in health care.
