Russ Wallsteadt is an instructor for the KCTC Biomedical Technology & Research program at the Grand Valley State University location. Russ is a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
The best thing about teaching Health Careers is "being located on the Medical Mile in the downtown Grand Rapids GVSU location. It provides students with a true college atmosphere and allows access to state of the art biomedical technology and training equipment."
Russ obtained a degree in Advanced Respiratory Care from the University of Chicago and a Masters of Management degree from Aquinas College. He is continuing his graduate studies thru coursework in education from Spring Arbor, Western Michigan, Grand Valley and Ferris State Universities. In addition to being certified career tech instructor Russ is also an American Red Cross certified CPR instructor.
