About Applied Construction Technology

Build homes for local families, work with professionals and learn all aspects of the construction field. Begin with house plans and framing and end with custom cabinetry, exterior decks and interior finishes. A new partnership with Habitat for Humanity will bring "Net-Zero" concepts of alternative energy/sustainability to our work, as well as give the satisfaction of creating a home for a new homeowner and family.

Aaron Phillipo and David Alt finish the porch roof on one of the Ledgestone townhomes.  Students just recently returned from a tour of the 55-million dollar Gordon Food Service Corporate Center project being built by Dan Vos Construction.  The LEED certified GFS project includes advanced building systems such as geothermal heating and cooling, and a live "green" roof.
